Scrolling news reader based on UniNews by Moshi

Utilizes ideas from the several people:

Moshi's Uninews code rainmeter.net/forum/viewtopic.…
with some of my modifications thrown in
Capable of 16 feeds (you can add more) with 8 news items in each list.
Scroll up to increase speed, scroll down to decrease speed.
Left-click Title to open the main website.
Left-click Item to open item article.
Middle-click to manually go to next feed.
Changes feeds automatically approximately every 3 minutes.
Context menu has options for previous/next feeds.
Top-left button to pause/unpause scrolling.
Top-right button to open variables settings.
